Sarah is diagnosed with PMDD ( Premenstrual dysphoric disorder / Late Luteal Phase Dysphoric Disorder ), which is a severe and disabling form of Premenstrual Syndrome, PMDD caused extreme mood shifts which disrupted her work and damaged her relationship, it affects 1.8–5.8% of women in their childbearing age and symptoms may worsen over time, unfortunately she was the one among them. Due to the similarity of symptoms leads physicians and mental health professionals misdiagnosed her condition as Bipolar Disorder, which is a major mental illness, and she had been treated with heavy antipsychotic drugs by previous hospital.
